We are looking for experienced Data Management & Transfer Specialists to support businesses with secure, accurate, and efficient handling of data across systems, platforms, and geographies. This role is ideal for freelancers with hands-on experience in data migration, data cleansing, system transitions, and compliance-driven data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end data transfer and migration between systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, databases)
• Clean, validate, and structure large datasets before and after migration
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security during transfers
• Create and maintain data mapping, documentation, and SOPs
• Perform backup, recovery, and rollback planning
• Coordinate with internal teams or clients during system transitions
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in data migration, data management, or ETL processes
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and file formats (CSV, XML, JSON)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise tools
• Attention to detail and strong validation/testing skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver on tight timelines
• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices
