Sign up on the GearGig website. Add services, experience, certifications, and past projects. Upload documents for verification. 👉 A complete profile improves chances of winning bids. Agencies can also add multiple team members.

Sign up/login and click Post Requirement. Mention service type, specifications, location, timeline and (optional) budget. Mark requirements confidential if needed (visible only to shortlisted providers).

Freelancers browse posted gigs and submit bids (price, timeline, proposal). Buyers review bids based on profile, reviews, portfolio, and not just price. All communication must remain on GearGig until a project is awarded.

Payments are held in escrow by GearGig for security. Funds are released to freelancers/agencies only after buyer approval. No advance is required from buyers. GST-compliant invoices are generated for completed projects.

Buyers can request revisions, reject submissions or raise disputes. Freelancers can contact support if buyers delay approval. GearGig mediates fairly—possible outcomes include replacement, penalty or refund.

No sharing of personal contact details before awarding a project. First project closure must happen on GearGig; future engagements can be direct if buyer prefers. Violating policies may lead to bid withdrawal, suspension or account ban. Confidentiality is protected with NDAs and secure document sharing.
